despite been informed it was a new for old policy ,after I paid for it and documents came did I find out its not always new for old ,after speaking to a snotty worker she confirmed as the van was 10 y

All though they got the pitch number wrong on policy i am sure this was just a small error and will be sorted soon, good and promp service anyway.
