We only had the insurance for 2 months and only received £34 back when we cancelled the policy..the total cost was over 200.. Biggest rip off ever! Will never use again. Marcus Skerratt

Following a call from Towergate. They have now fully resolved this issue to my satisfaction and explained how there had been a mix up with my policy. I have now been refunded appropriately Many thanks for your help and resolving my complaint.
