We are since working on a solution, and will be adding the estimated due dates into our automated order emails. We are also rebuilding our customer login area, and the estimated due date will be found here too. We are more than happy to update our customers via email and telephone as well. I am really sorry that in the mean time, you experienced trouble finding out your estimated due date. Many thanks for your feedback. I just wanted to clarify how the express service works as I do not wish for you to feel that you have incurred unnecessary charges. As we make all our rings to order, it means that when selecting the express option, your ring/rings will be leap frogged to the front of the cue in the workshop, and prioritised at all stages of the manufacturing process, including casting and hallmarking. The extra charge per ring is to cover the costs incurred for this express manufacture service. I hope this helps to explain why the express manufacture is per ring.
