Many thanks for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that you have not been 100% satisfied with your rings. White gold is naturally a soft metal, so unfortunately will show wear and tear quickly. Anything that it comes into contact with will potentially mark it and scratch the surface. Scratches in the first few weeks are always the most noticeable, just like on a new phone or watch, and often the finish just evens out to a pleasing patina.
Please be reassured that all our precious metal rings are hallmarked by an independent body, known as the Assay Office. There are four in this country that legally hallmark every UK made precious metal item. During this process, the ring is tested in a lab to ensure it's quality is up to standard, and is then only hallmarked if it passes these tests. This ensures that the quality of the metal is of the same standard as every other jewellers and customers get exactly what they have paid for and no less.
We of course want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. We are able to re-rhodium plate your rings for you at any time. Please give us a call on 01273 696 515 to discuss the possibility of doing this.
Kind regards and best wishes
