concerns round postage. no where on their site does it say they would be using DPD delivery

Hi Rita, we are really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our upgraded shipping offering! We elected to switch to DPD this year as it offers a more personalised shipping experience for each customer. The courier will now contact you at every stage of delivery to keep your items safe, which was not possible when we used Royal Mail. I can see from our shipping portal that your ring arrived safely with you on the exact date that we stated that it would. I hope that this assuaged some of the disappointment you felt. The website is currently being updated with this information, thank you for your patience during this exciting transition period.
