I tried to book online using a discount code but then one of your customer service reps answered the phone although it was just after 9 (closing time) sorted it all out and confirmed my booking

so easy to book over the phone, all done within 10 minutes. Fast and friendly. using the tesco clubcards points was also really straightforward. Great first service.
