I call customer services a few times for brand new fridge problems. They didn’t callback. Not any news , not answering, not help

I do apologise that you had trouble at first with not calling you back - that is unacceptable from the team. I can see that my colleague organised some stainless steel cleaner to be sent to you f.o.c to see if this resolved the problem you were having. I was missing a set of forks with no explanation. When I rang, I was informed that they would be sent on. After another week I rang again to be told they were out of stock for another 6 weeks.
