Not a fan of swishing it, after all it's quite oily, but I've found other ways to take it like mixing it in tea. I haven't had it very long, but I can already feel subtle benefits!
I think the product takes some getting used to. I didn't love the smell. Added a few drops to my water and felt I had to gag the water down. However, joint pain and fatigue were improved the next day.
