I'm very sorry you still haven't received your order. I replied straight away to the email you sent us on Good Friday asking you to confirm your delivery address. Update; your parcel has just been returned to us by Royal Mail (29/3/16) as the address you supplied was incorrect. Obviously we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect address details. I have now emailed you 3 times and still had no reply. Please could you respond so we can resolve this for you. Many thanks, Rowena
