The packaging was inadequate and my product arrived damaged on one corner. This close to Christmas I decided to just bend it back into shape and ignore the slight flaw.

I am so sorry that you were not happy with how the item was packaged. I have passed your feedback onto the personalised supplier who is responsible for this order and asked them to make sure that all future orders are better protected for posting.
