Hi I would like to say how much we appreciate you taking the time to leave us your lovely review. I am sorry to hear that the personalised key didn't make it you within the expected delivery timescale despite us being informed by our approved supplier that it would get to you in time. I believe the reason for this is that, unfortunately it coincided with the Easter weekend hence the delay. However, I am so pleased that you were delighted with the products that you received.
