We're sorry you have only given us a 1 star review. Obviously your order was posted on the 25th November which unfortunately was a Royal Mail strike day. Following this, there was of course a Sunday and 2 more days of Royal Mail Strike Action. Therefore, there has only been 3 full working days for Royal Mail since your order was dispatched. On top of this the postal service in Bristol is known to be slow. The email you received is sent automatically a certain time after your order is dispatched so we have no control over this or obviously the postal service. I am sure the chocolates will arrive very soon.
