Thank you for your feedback,.

I am sorry that the lawnmower been damaged in transit as you can see by the packaging we do everything we can to prevent damage in transit, unfortunately once the package leaves our dealership we are in the hands of the courier companies and their employees. 

As agreed the replacement parts have been ordered and will be dispatched out to you ASAP. 

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Prompt service, competitive pricing. Would have been 5 stars but for hiccup of not sending the free service kit with order. This was however resolved following quick phone call.

The parts were correct and arrived in a reasonable time but why use a courier for 2 tiny parts that could have been easily sent by post? The shipping cost was ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your service your received. 

We use UPS as our courier for all our parts orders whether it maybe a 30p washer to a £500 ECU. We use UPS as they have a strong aftercare if the item should go missing in transit to the customer. 

This therefore gives the customer peace of mind that they will receive there items safe and well.

This does however mean that the cost of shipping is a little bit more expensive but we do feel you receive a better level of service.

Great price, cheapest I could find yet delivered free next day. Very well packed even though the lawnmower had been removed prior to despatch for the PDI.
