The key return was not acceptable

Good efficient company to deal with

Information and responses and payment worked without any problems.

Incorrect description of cottage. Not a private enclosed garden as described. Incorrect directions to cottage. Told they would leave parking cards but didn’t.

I had to contact the company after I vacated the property over a minor issue. The reply was prompt and courteous all in all I found them excellent
