Thanks your for your response and I am sorry you have not found the service to your satisfaction. We received your application from your agent on 13/7/15 - the application was dated 8/7/15. The start date on the application was clearly indicated 1/8/15 and we set up your payment schedule accordingly. The first payment of £3.69 was taken on 03/08/15 with the next payment planned for September. Can I suggest you speak to your broker regarding the application issues you have raised as we can only process what is presented to us in terms of instructions and client details.

After speaking with Rod I now understand my problem was not with yourselfs and was pointed in the right direction. This advice is now helping me get to the bottom of my problem! Thank you for your help
