We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our services but please be assured that we will investigate the cause of your dissatisfaction. The development is managed by the landlords themselves and the aftercare service is therefore somewhat out of our control. Nonetheless, we will address the issue with the landlord.
Regarding the fees - we believe that they are in fact in line (or lower in many instances) compared to other local Estate Agents but our Lettings Manager will get in touch with you today to resolve the matter.
