Overall the vehicle is good.
I just have concerns over it's suspension. Minor bumps and speed breaker shake the entire vehicle. I'm not sure if this is normal.
Like the car. But the kia connect feature will not work. Ticket after ticket no resolution. Have found the customer experience team mostly rude with the exception of Shawn.
