Excellent service at Kia St-Eustache when I visited end of August for a service. The tech at the counter went with me in the car ans answered all the questions i had after 1 month having the car.
The experience was seamless aside from the slight hickup with the spare key delay. But it was explained properly and when it was ready the programming went faster than expected.
