The boat when we recived it was dirty on the outside and all the drains were blocked with leaves and other trash.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback on your trip. We are so glad to know you loved your destination and our Horizon model boats! Although, we are sorry that you were disappointed with the standard of cleanliness of your boat. In view of your comments, we have forwarded your feedback to our Base team and have asked them to watch more closely for falling leaves that might potentially clog the deck drainage.
