Good afternoon Karen. Im so sorry you feel you need to leave negative feedback. Our records show that your samples were sent to you the day after your order request on 10 June 2020. if you had contacted us to let us know they had not arrived we would have resent the samples to you. As a matter of courtesy we have refunded your postage to you and apologise for the inconvenience.
