Thank you for your review. Once full details of the shipment were available we were unable to fulfil the request in the best way so we had to take the decision to inform you of this and give you the chance to find the best courier for your specific needs.

It took you 3 days to respond and left me a day to find an alternative. You did not have the courtesy to telephone- merely sent an email. Some chance to find an alternative!
