Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. On rare occasions delays are experienced and in these situations we work continuously to get them resolved and the luggage delivered. We understand that this is an inconvenience to our customers but we do keep them up to date with all the information we have passed to us from the couriers. We make daily checks and respond to our customers within 24 hours where ever we can. We supply tracking online to customs so they too can keep an eye on the movement of their luggage via our website or direct with the courier. To make a claim on insurance all our customers have to do it put it in writing via email with the details.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We regret that our phone lines were down at the time you were using our services, this issues has now been rectified. We recommend using strong clear tap on our instructions so laminating is not essential as a lot of people can't do this. Depending on the courier return labels are not always released before our customs head off on their vacations so we have to send them as soon as they are.
