See above. We are getting on and cannot manage cases etc., This should have made our holiday trouble free, but all we had to get new things and spent a lot of time on e-mail and the phone.

Thank you for your review. At the time of your contact with us our phone lines were indeed experiencing technical difficulties. We can only apologies for this. The price difference came down to your destination being in a remote location and this can incur extra costs. We always inform the customer first if this is the case.
