I'm incredibly sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the knife set. We have not had any other feedback of this nature and do feel that this item is of very good quality, so perhaps you have received a faulty item? Please do bear in mind however that the finish on this set is intended to be slightly distressed, since it is an aged, antique look effect.

You are of course welcome to return items to us, providing they are still in their original condition and packaging, so don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to do so.
