Service was OK, quick delivery. But their response time on social media is slow.

Thanks so much for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that you feel our response time on social media wasn’t quick enough on this occasion. We’re a very small company (in fact, there’s only 3 of us!) and we handle all aspects of the business from packing orders, to photographing all products, to customer service. Which means we can’t always respond to social media queries within a couple of hours, but do we always aim to respond with 24 working hours.

Once again, my sincerest apologies if this didn’t meet your expectations, but hopefully this goes someway to explain. Hollie

We do quality check all products personally, however very occasionally something may get missed.
