Dear Katie, please accept our apologies. We would like to assure you that the policy itself is in your name, followed by your partners'. Our IT system, that will shortly be replaced, currently makes it difficult when emailing policies held in joint names. Please be assured, however, that we will make sure we get this right next time, and hopefully then improve our score. We would also like to assure you that as a business run by a woman and with 3/4 of the management positions held by women, we stamp our sexism of any kind, wherever we find it. Thanks for the feedback and please accept our apologies once again...
