The watch that I bought lived up to expectations and was great value. The only negative aspect of the service was that the delivery took rather longer than expected, at just over 2 weeks.

The strap is nice and the quick change facility works well. Maybe not the best quality leather but good for the price.
It’s a great watch and feels like a real premium product. Making the donation was very straightforward and a nice idea.

The watch stopped working after about three weeks. I have contacted Nordgreen about this to ask for a refund, but am still waiting for a reply.

When the first watched ordered didn’t fit (straps too short) we were guided through a good returns and exchange system. Then received a slightly different replacement very quickly.
