Fantastic customer service. Emailed on a Sunday night, recieved reply within minutes and issue sorted out with refund and new purchase sent within 3 days.

Wrong straps sent initially and watch was not fixed to strap. However an extra strap was sent free of charge immediately so all well in the end and the actual watch is lovely
