Hello, thank you for your comments. I note that you mention the £10 top-up; the sim card you are using is a Pay-As-You -Go sim which you should be able to top up £50 at a time. Alternatively we now offer a 6-month contract sim for £62.50 per 6 months. If you would like to swap to this option please call the office on 01799 550979. Many thanks, Nicky Green
