Thank you Nicky. I should explain that the problems with the programming were entirely of my own making. I am now confident with all aspects of the programming and my recommendation to future purchasers is that they read the instructions carefully and in fully before starting!

I found that the insert could fall out when doing serious gardening. I lost one, blaming myself, but yesterday I was lucky to spot it when the replacement also fell out!
