Although not common, some tablets may get stuck as some larger tablets can be the same dimension as the width of the tray compartment. In this case we would suggest speaking to your pharmacist to ask if a different brand/shape/size of this tablet is available. Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear that one of the pills got stuck. This is quite rare with tablets that are not large: are there many tablets in the compartment with the one that got stuck? It may be that there was not enough room for movement which could be solved by splitting the pills and increasing the alarms per day by one dose.
