VERY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL SERVICE FROM PIVOTELL. MY ONLY 'NIGGLE' IS WITH THE WATCH ITSELF - I FIND IT RATHER BULKY TO WEAR. IT CERTAINLY DOES THE JOB WITH REGARD REMINDING ME TO TAKE MY TABLETS!!

Good. Would have given 5 if delivery had been more prompt. Also qu about who was delivering wasn't answered

Thank you also for your comments on the dispenser, our customer's feedback is very important to us. Pivotell Dispensers are reliable, robust and can last for up to 10 years in normal use. We have never been advised of a dispenser breaking if dropped, although should they ever be damaged we have a repairs team who will review, repair and return them.
Your comments however will be discussed with our production team for consideration.
