This watch is not waterproof and is not intended to be worn when swimming or in the shower. However, there is an element of water resistance and our repairs team would be happy to look at your watch and make every attempt to rectify the damp issue if it is possible. There is a returns form that can be downloaded on our website if you would like to arrange for the watch to be sent back to us.
