Good Afternoon, many thanks for leaving us a comment. I would suggest in your mother's case that you turn the SECURE setting off. This would mean that it would not rotate half a section between doses and the shutter would not be locked, but the next dose would not be visible at all, until the next alarm time at which point the tray would rotate to present that full compartment.  I hope this would help you.

Many thanks for your recent review of the Minitell Alarmed Pillbox and we are pleased that this is working well for you.  With regards your comments about anti-slip pads, whilst we appreciate this is a very fair point, the addition of pads could possibly reduce the vibrating capabilities of the Minitell.  Many of our Minitell users who may be hearing impaired rely on the loud vibration to alert them.  However, we do appreciate your valid comments and this is something we will investigate further.
