In terms of the issues you have mentioned specifically to your father-in-law: #1 yes, this can be resolved by purchasing a Tipper which has been designed for those with insufficient strength or limited dexterity to lift and dispense their medication. #2, we have a list of pharmacies that are currently filling or are willing to.
