The first time we have used Powells Cottage Holidays and we were most impressed with the properties on offer and the prompt service by the agency.

when there has been need to contact the company they have been very helpful and happy to assist, particularly when we has a baby with us.

Very prompt and rapid action when help needed. Always helpful and polite.

I only spoke to this company once re paying additional fee re our dogs. All other correspondence was via standard emails
