It was easy to enroll. Early info on our trip via website was helpful. Checking and updating our traveler info later was a little confusing.

Description on the website of the "Rose Parade: A Heritage to Celebrate" was informative and colorful.

Sometimes non functional. Insufficient detail.

Other than paying the bill I have not been able to hear any discussion, review, meet other participants. I am just trusting that there will actually be people/a place, etc there when I arrive...total
