I find the web site one of the best, if not the best, site I use. From searching for trips by state or venue, being able to dig deeper into trip details.

Managed to complete the reservation with minimal confusion or hassle.

I love that the customer service people engage me in a personal way. They are never anxious to rush me but instead spend time talking about the trip and other things.

Full disclosure: I have enrolled in many RS trips, three scheduled in 2018.

recommended reading was terrible, out of date, uninformative. lack of contact with other participants prior to trip was frustrating, limiting; permission to share names and addresses could have been

I recommend Road Scholar. Their programs are terrific. Their people are helpful and pleasant.
