I wanted a single room but even 14 months out it said "waitlisted" so I ended up calling to speak with someone about it. Also found out that I couldn't sign up for a double and have a roommate assign

Easy to navigate the website and enroll. Had no problems. Never have had problems learning about the RS programs, nor registering for them (11 RS programs).

It is fine. Not great.

I rated R.S. online service three stars because the most important feature I seek is to be able to make payments online, a feature that is not available to me at this time.
