Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery service. Our ordering system works on the basis that if you place an order before 2pm Monday - Thursday (or before 12pm on Fridays), it will reach you the next day. As you placed your order just after 6pm on the Monday, this meant that your order fell into the Wednesday delivery slot, and was packed and dispatched on the Tuesday. I can see on DPD's system that they delivered your parcel on Wednesday and as your order was dispatched on the Tuesday, it was delivered on a next day delivery service, but I am sorry for any confusion around this.
I apologise for the conflicting information on your frozen fish. We have recently updated our messaging around our frozen fish offering and this has now been updated to reflect that our frozen fish can be either eaten within 2-3 days, or frozen upon delivery to be enjoyed at a later date. We have now updated our packing slip with the correct information to be consistent with the labels on the frozen fish.
With regards to the postage charge, unfortunately, DPD charge us a higher price for deliveries to the Isle of Wight. We would love to be able to charge less and hopefully this is something we can work with DPD on reducing in the future.
