Sorry to read that the problem with your hinge and handles didn't get addressed on your door during the installation. I've sent a note over to the services team to request an engineer booking in for you.

Still no one has been in touch robbers , the sales rep who sold me this package is not picking up the phone tryed calling the contact number and guess what no one picks up the phone

Apologies for the confusion here John, I've chased this up and one of our team should be calling you back as we speak to discuss this. I can see they've booked an appointment with you in the 12th of October already but I think the confusion has come from the mention of a patio door handle. We don't have any paperwork relating to this. As I said I'll get one of the team to speak with you about this now.

Excellent service and fitters were very professional and work to a high standard. Our neighbours have complemented us on our doors/windiws and we have recommended safe style to them.

We're pleased you're happy with the results. To keep you in the loop, it can take around 6-8 weeks for you to receive the FENSA certificate. We would advise to wait until 10 weeks after signing your satisfaction to the work completed before contacting us or FENSA. If you have not received the certificate in this time or you need it desperately then you can contact FENSA on 0207 6453 700 to look into it for you.
