Sorry to read about your experience with your surveyor getting things incorrect and thanks for bringing it to our attention. I'll pass this feedback on to the surveys team to raise if retraining is required. Let me know if you'd like to discuss this to correct the discrepancy?

Yes I would definitely like to discuss our claim for compensation, but is this just another promise that is completely ignored. The claim has been emailed in and no response so far. Are you a computer Jonny Digital Team?

I'll get one of the team to give you a call about this, if it's a genuine mistake that's been made on the survey then they should be able to discuss a replacement or adjustment on the product that's been supplied.

Is there any chance of contact from Safestyle regarding my claim for compensation? I’ve tried contact by email on the website with no reply. Your customer service is worse than terrible!

I’m still waiting for someone to make contact about the claim for compensation, we are considering our next form of complaint, which will be legal.

I've spoken to the standards team about this and they can't locate a claim. I'll request they contact you for additional information about this.

I have made contact for the second time on your complaint form. I have requested, compensation, phone contact and details of how to contact the ombudsman. If the customer service team have done their jobs properly you should have all the details of the complaint. I was also told the only way to claim compensation was online. I await your contact.
