Sorry to hear about the issues with one of our fitting teams and your installation thanks for bringing this to our attention. Whilst our fitters aren't experienced decorators and damage does sometimes happen to the surround of windows, our installers are told to 'make good' where possible. Damage to your flooring however is something that shouldn't occur, and I can only apologise that this happened in the first place and wasn't handled with the efficiency that we'd hope for.
