Sales man came out within 24 hours Fitted within a few weeks. Got phone call a few days later to say they had taken money twice and it would take 3 days to go back in. A week in total to get it back

Apologies that your payment was taken twice due to a system problem, this was refunded on the 7/9. I can see the notes on the survey document specifying the lintel which suggests this has been installed. I'll get the customer services team to check with the depot/installer and find out what happened to the engineer. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

Sorry to read of the problem with your door, some areas are experiencing a longer than usual wait time for engineers at the moment and we're doing our best to move our existing engineers around to reduce the timescales as best as we can. I can only apologise and I'll pass this over to see if we can get an earlier appointment for you.
