Terribly sorry to read that the scaffolding hasn't been removed as requested. As you've rightly noted this is a service that we've used a local company for and it's disappointing for us to gain bad feedback because of the service they're providing. I'll raise this with the team here that are in charge of access solutions, they should be able to escalate this and also keep it in mind if their service doesn't improve.

Thanks for bringing these snags to our attention Phil, there's probably just a bit of adjustment required which should have been done during the installation to ensure that the openers operate smoothly. I'll log down the issue with your leaded glass for a replacement and the engineer should be able to make these adjustments when replacing the incorrect glazing.
