I'll get one of the access team to contact you about this tomorrow morning once they've got the relevant information from the scaffolding company, as it's after 5 it looks like they've left for the day.

Sorry to read that you didn't get a call back from the aftercare team but we're glad you managed to get the problem resolved. The original fit team should have checked to ensure that the door was adjusted correctly after installation so apologies again that this wasn't done.

Sorry to read that the fitters didn't add the knocker and door numbers as they should have. We send these separately to prevent damage and allow for the best positioning. I've logged this here for one of our agents to arrange a date with you for an engineer visit.

Sorry to read about your experience with one of our representatives. This is certainly not the behaviour that we encourage and I can only apologies on behalf of Safestyle that this has happened. Naturally our representatives should only be booking appointments where the customer is ready for a quote and a customer should never feel under any obligation to place an order where that is not their wish.

Sorry to hear about the issues with one of our fitting teams and thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our fitters should be acting with integrity at all times when at your property and we can only apologise that this has happened. I'll get this brought to the attention of the depot manager in Gloucester as this does look like the team in question were most likely looking for an early finish and certainly weren't acting with your mothers interests with regards to installing the correct products. Occasionally things like incorrect colour handles happen, but this is a simple thing to rectify and shouldn't be causing issues down the line or resulting in the need for refunds. Apologies again
