Sorry to read about your experience with one of our representatives. This is certainly not the behaviour that we encourage and I can only apologies on behalf of Safestyle that this has happened. Naturally our representatives should only be booking appointments where the customer is ready for a quote and a customer should never feel under any obligation to place an order where that is not their wish.
