Great turnaround in getting parts out to customers. Pity the customs checks are not as efficient.

Hello Eric, thank you for taking the time to write your review. Sorry to hear about the delay with the shipping, all our international shipments are sent with DHL Worldwide Express and usually take no more than 5 days to reach their destinations. Looking at the tracking details for your order, it seems DHL Canada put your shipment on hold for 5 weeks as it was scanned as arrived in country at Ontario on the 30th November. I have raised this with DHL as a complaint and can only apologise about this.
