The service I received was good but their prices are higher than most other companies and their postage charges are extortionate! Combined postage would help immensely.

Hello Robin. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your honest review. I would like to assure you that the products you purchased were indeed Genuine Nissan Parts. I am sorry you found the postage pricing high but we do offer 3 levels of postage on these particular products and they are all combined postage. Looking at your order in detail we have found that you had selected a faster and subsequently higher priced courier delivery instead of a lower priced Royal Mail delivery. We do offer our sincerest apologies if this was not made clear enough and would like to take the opportunity to offer you free or discounted postage on your next order. Have a great Christmas and we do hope to assist you further soon
