The itinerary was fine, the coach was quite comfortable, just very disappointed in the quality of hotels for what the trip cost.

Hotels were a disappointment in some locations. While it's wonderful to see it all, itinerary was very busy. We traveled long hours . Exhausted every evening.

Too much driving! I wish the tour started with a river cruise in London on the Thames river. Absolutely loved Edinburgh and St Andrews. These visits were absolutely a high point of the trip!

Excellent venues to visit bur need more downtime or at more than one overnight stay in some cities. Edinburgh and Glasgow for example.

Bus was cramped. Holiday Inns were a bit subpar. One of my rooms had not been cleaned well.

However, we apologise that you found our coach to be too cramped. If you require more space, our sister company, Insight Vacations, has coaches specially reconfigured with only 40 seats to provide guests with more legroom similar to business class. Classic Insight Vacations tours accommodate a maximum of 40 travellers, while Small Group departures have only 24. We strive to ensure that our valued guests receive the best possible travel experience and leave with a newfound curiosity and eagerness for new adventures.
