We am sorry to hear you are unhappy with this mural.
To make sure our customers are 100% happy and aware of what they will receive, we send quality control images of your chosen design, very close up so you can see the details and textures that you might not be able to see online.
Our image retoucher, sent over these images to you on 05/06 and stated that it was a digital AI created image, which you approved on 06/06.
After studying the original image, and the quality control images, we can confirm there is no quality issue at play and feel what you have received is a true representation of the screen shots, approved by yourself.
Unfortunately, I could not locate any further contact from you regarding your dissatisfaction with the mural after you received it, so we have not had the opportunity to assist you with this matter.
We do hope you will return to Wallsauce should you require any murals in the future.
